About the Role

We're seeking a Creative Motion Design Lead Art Director to join our Creative Design Team in Barcelona. As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges, and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company and its customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy in collaboration with the Creative Strategy Director: Understand our business goals and our target audience in order to strategize innovative solutions that elevate our brand.
  • Create a compelling roadmap that inspires the team and aligns with our business direction.
  • Perform data analysis to understand trends and identify critical improvement points using information from monitoring and other metrics (NPS, CSAT, First Contact Resolution, etc.).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to help influence creative strategies.

Creative Development For Motion Design Lead
  • Spearhead the creation and execution of dynamic motion design campaigns ensuring alignment with brand while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Manage the production of high-quality motion design content, lead reviews, and give constructive feedback to drive innovation and quality.
  • Maintain a cohesive motion design language across all digital platforms contributing to the evolution of our brand's animation and video standards.
  • Offer hands-on support for design tasks and assist the team in project delivery when needed, especially during high-demand periods.

Data Analysis
  • Leverage insights to enhance creative performance and inform design decisions.
  • Monitor design performance metrics using this information to guide future decisions and evaluate the effectiveness of our design strategies.
  • Utilise research and data-driven decision-making to create intuitive designs.

Team Management
  • Ensure team balance design with the overall marketing and company objectives.
  • Ensure the team reaches all OKRs and strives for Quality and Performance.
  • Ensure team acts as custodian of the brand and works within the guidelines.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members.
