Job Title: Creative Motion Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Motion Design Lead to join our Creative Design Team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of dynamic motion design campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand while pushing creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a compelling roadmap that inspires the team and aligns with our business direction.
  • Perform data analysis to understand trends and identify critical improvement points using information from monitoring and other metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to help influence creative strategies.
  • Spearhead the creation and execution of dynamic motion design campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Manage the production of high-quality motion design content, lead reviews, and give constructive feedback to drive innovation and quality.
  • Maintain a cohesive motion design language across all digital platforms, contributing to the evolution of our brand's animation and video standards.
  • Offer hands-on support for design tasks and assist the team in project delivery when needed, especially during high-demand periods.
  • Leverage insights to enhance creative performance and inform design decisions.
  • Monitor design performance metrics using this information to guide future decisions and evaluate the effectiveness of our design strategies.
  • Utilize research and data-driven decision-making to create intuitive designs.
  • Ensure team balance, design with the overall marketing and company objectives, and strive for Quality and Performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, drive their professional growth, and balance their career development aspirations with business needs.
  • Foster highly collaborative relations with all stakeholders to drive Quality and Efficiency.
  • Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders to align project needs with business goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Creative Designer.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Leadership role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
