About the Role:

eDreams ODIGEO is seeking a highly skilled Creative Motion Design Lead to join our Creative Design Team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of innovative motion design campaigns that align with our brand's vision and values.

  • Develop and maintain a cohesive motion design language across all digital platforms, contributing to the evolution of our brand's animation and video standards.
  • Spearhead the creation of dynamic motion design content, ensuring alignment with brand while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Manage the production of high-quality motion design content, lead reviews, and provide constructive feedback to drive innovation and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Strategy Director to understand business goals and target audience, and strategize innovative solutions that elevate our brand.
  • Perform data analysis to understand trends and identify critical improvement points, using information from monitoring and other metrics.
