New Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a New Business Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our distribution channels and developing strategic relationships with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across convenience and forecourt channels.
- Develop and execute account management plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years' experience in a new business and key accounts role in an FMCG company.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
