At AdStart Media Pte., we're on a mission to revolutionize the affiliate marketing landscape, and we're looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key player in our expansion efforts, you'll be responsible for driving new client acquisition and nurturing long-lasting relationships with our key advertiser and publisher accounts.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and Pursue New Opportunities: Collaborate with our Head of Business Development to identify, engage, and nurture potential partners, ensuring a seamless sales cycle.
  2. Develop a Robust Pipeline: Develop a robust pipeline of new opportunities that align with our network expertise and contribute to achieving our ambitious revenue targets.
  3. Negotiate and Manage Agreements: Negotiate and manage agreements with strategic partners, fostering mutually beneficial collaborations that drive growth for all parties involved.
  4. Build and Nurture Relationships: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their success through our innovative performance marketing services and solutions.
  5. Optimize Client Accounts: Analyze data-driven insights to optimize client accounts, maximizing their performance and enhancing overall network growth.
  6. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market advancements, identifying potential growth avenues and expanding our reach into new verticals.
Requirements:
  1. English Proficiency: English proficiency is a must.
  2. Business Development Experience: 3+ years of prior experience in Business Development, Sales, and Affiliate Marketing.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of different traffic types and their effects and results over different products, knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPI business models.
  4. Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, high energy, and positive outlook with a passion for sales and closing deals.
  5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, performance metrics, and market research to monitor and evaluate the success of business development efforts, make regular reports, and informed decisions.
  6. Leadership Skills: Ability to manage, grow, and coach internal junior team members.
  7. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and proven experience in CRM software.
  8. Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Negotiation Skills: Sharp negotiation skills and sales techniques.
