Strategic Events Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Events Manager to lead our global B2B marketing events strategy, encompassing trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, online events, and sponsorships. This role involves overseeing event planning and execution, managing budgets and resources, supervising a small team of events personnel, and serving as the primary point of contact for all event-related inquiries.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and Oversee Global Marketing Events Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive global marketing events strategy, including prioritization and selection, budgeting, resource allocation, contract negotiation, and execution for a robust program that includes trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, online events (webinars), user conferences, and sponsorships.
- Support Marketing Activities in Europe and Asia/Pacific Regions: Ensure alignment with corporate objectives by providing overall support for marketing activities in these regions.
- Review and Provide Feedback on Event Marketing Materials: Review and provide feedback on event marketing materials to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines for booth graphics, messaging, and branding.
- Analyze Lead Data from Events: Analyze lead data from events to assess the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and prepare reports on lead quality and conversion rates to inform future event planning and improvements.
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience as a Marketing Events Manager: A proven track record in successfully planning and executing a diverse range of B2B events (online and in person).
- Exceptional Communication and Project Management Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines effectively, thrive under pressure, problem-solve, and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Minimum B2 proficiency level in English; all marketing communications will be conducted in English.
- Ability to Travel: Up to 8 times per year, domestically and internationally, to represent the company and enhance networking opportunities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
