Unlock Your Potential as a Technical Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Architect to join our team in Valencia. As a key member of our architecture department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of architects in their back office tasks, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and developing drawings and specifications for concept through final design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor construction works and ensure that all guidelines are strictly followed, reporting to the Technical Project Lead in every aspect.
  • Follow up, control and fulfill objectives of cost, quality and deadline of the projects, proposing and implementing corrective measures whenever necessary.
  • Elaborate budgets and focus on achieving successful return of investment in each operation.
  • Provide information on the condition of analyzed properties and prepare/review plans, estimates, and scope of works for various projects.
  • Apply for the necessary permits and generate/manage technical documents such as energy efficiency certificates.
  • Coordinate and manage every stakeholder involved, leading different operations at the same time.
Requirements:
  • Currently in your last year of Architecture, Technical Architect TFG or Building Engineer.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Native Spanish skills required.
  • Conversational English skills required.
