About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administration Intern to join our team at All We Wear Group. As a Facilities Administration Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the maintenance and upkeep of our company's properties, including stores, offices, and showrooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preventive and reactive maintenance of all company properties through the GMAO system.
  • Oversee and support all aspects of facility maintenance, collaborating closely with suppliers and ensuring repairs, renovations, and safety inspections are up to date.
  • Support day-to-day vendor relationships and contracts to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Assist in project management for store closures and small refits, including budgeting, relocation, selection, and disposal of store elements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address facility-related needs and support business objectives.

Requirements
  • Degree or Vocational Education and Training (VET) related to Finance, Administration, or alternatively, related to Architecture, Technology, and Structural Design.
  • Fluent Spanish and advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A great disposition and will to learn and grow.
