Unlock Your Potential as a Technical Architect Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Architect Assistant to join our team at PropHero. As a key member of our architecture department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of architects in their back office tasks, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and developing drawings and specifications for concept through final design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the architecture team in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Develop drawings and specifications for concept through final design
  • Assist in construction administration, including submittals, RFI's, Change Orders, Site Observation, and LEED Documentation
  • Monitor construction works and ensure that all guidelines are strictly followed
  • Follow up, control, and fulfill objectives of cost, quality, and deadline of the projects

Requirements:

  • Currently studying Architecture, Technical Architect TFG, or Building Engineer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Native Spanish skills required
  • Conversational English skills required
