Job Summary

The Fleet Management & Analysis Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Air Force's vehicle fleet. This position is responsible for coordinating vehicle requirements with HQ bases, performing fleet analysis, and maintaining accurate vehicle inventories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate vehicle requirements with HQ bases using various programs, including LIMS-EV, DPAS, and BLADE.
  • Perform fleet analysis to ensure economical and efficient vehicle usage.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle inventories, track, and send reports to the proper agencies.
  • Manage the vehicle waiver program and facilitate Vehicle Validation (VVV) requirements.
  • Evaluate and monitor the WRM Fleet nuclear certified vehicle/NCE surety program.
  • Manage the Air Force license plates and registration program for the vehicle fleet.
  • Facilitate completion of Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) and Service Bulletins (SB) requirements.
Requirements
  • Must have at least three years' experience as an administrative worker.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write the English language at a level 2 (B2).
  • Must have a host nation or equivalent driver's permit.
