The Fleet Management & Analysis Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the vehicle fleet, supporting the Air Force mission. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate vehicle requirements with HQ Bases using various programs, including LIMS-EV, DPAS, and BLADE.
- Perform tasks in accordance with established procedures and guidelines for vehicle control, fleet analysis, quality assurance, and reportable equipment management.
- Maintain accurate vehicle authorization and assignment records.
- Provide data analysis to ensure economical and efficient vehicle fleet usage.
- Consolidate and prepare input for the operating and maintenance budget to repair vehicles.
- Develop base vehicle priority buy program, Mission Essential Level vehicle requirements, and ensure unit-specific rotation plans are carried out.
- Train unit Vehicle Control Officials, attend and coordinate meetings, and brief Base leadership on the status and condition of the vehicle fleet.
- Maintain accurate vehicle inventories, track, and send reports to the proper agencies.
- Administer Required Reports in a timely manner and coordinate issuance of Vehicle fuel consumption criteria for Government-owned or leased vehicles.
- Manage the vehicle waiver program and facilitate Vehicle Validation (VVV) requirements.
- Evaluate and monitor the WRM Fleet nuclear certified vehicle/NCE surety program.
- Manage the Air Force license plates and registration program for vehicle fleet.
- Manage day-to-day activities to ensure all vehicle units have the right-sized vehicle to accomplish the Air Force mission.
- Facilitate completion of Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) and Service Bulletins (SB) requirements.
- Prepare reports, collect data, and process forms related to WRM vehicles within the Air Force fleet.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook to complete reports and communicate with customers and coworkers.
- At least three years' experience as an administrative worker.
- Ability to speak, read, and write the English language at a level 2 (B2).
- Must have a host nation or equivalent driver's permit.
- Five years of experience in office administrative work.
- Experience in vehicle Fleet Management duties.
