Job Summary

The WRM Fleet Management Analysis Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Air Force mission by coordinating vehicle requirements and needs. This position is responsible for managing the Government-owned War Readiness Material (WRM) vehicle fleet, including all tasks associated with vehicle control, fleet analysis, quality assurance, and reportable equipment management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate vehicle requirements with HQ Bases using programs such as LIMS-EV, DPAS, BLADE, and other relevant tools.
  • Perform tasks in accordance with established procedures and guidelines for effective vehicle control, fleet analysis, quality assurance, and reportable equipment management.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle authorization and assignment records.
  • Provide analysis data to ensure economical and efficient vehicle fleet usage.
  • Develop and implement base vehicle priority buy programs, Mission Essential Level vehicle requirements, and priority recall lists.
  • Train unit Vehicle Control Officials and brief Base leadership on vehicle fleet status and condition.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle inventories and track reports to proper agencies.
  • Administer Required Reports and coordinate issuance of Vehicle fuel consumption criteria.
  • Manage the vehicle waiver program and facilitate Vehicle Validation requirements.
  • Evaluate and monitor the WRM Fleet nuclear certified vehicle/NCE surety program.
  • Manage Air Force license plates and registration program for the vehicle fleet.
  • Ensure all vehicle units have the right-sized vehicle and adequate vehicle type to accomplish the Air Force mission.
  • Facilitate completion of Time Compliance Technical Orders and Service Bulletins requirements.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role.
