Job Summary

The Fleet Management & Analysis Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Air Force's vehicle fleet. This position is responsible for coordinating vehicle requirements, managing vehicle authorization and assignment records, and providing analysis data to ensure economical and efficient vehicle fleet usage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate vehicle requirements with HQ Bases using various programs, including LIMS-EV, DPAS, and BLADE.
  • Maintain vehicle authorization and assignment records, and provide analysis data to ensure efficient vehicle fleet usage.
  • Develop base vehicle priority buy programs, Mission Essential Level vehicle requirements, and priority recall lists.
  • Train unit Vehicle Control Officials, attend and coordinate meetings, and brief Base leadership on vehicle fleet status and condition.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle inventories, track, and send reports to the proper agencies.
  • Manage the vehicle waiver program, facilitate Vehicle Validation requirements, and evaluate the WRM Fleet nuclear certified vehicle/NCE surety program.
  • Manage the Air Force license plates and registration program for vehicle fleet.
Requirements
  • At least three years' experience as an administrative worker.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write the English language at a level 2 (B2).
  • Host nation or equivalent driver's permit.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Five years of experience in office administrative work.
  • Experience in vehicle Fleet Management duties.
