About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic and international eCommerce team at Intelinet / Service-Now. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data related to digital sales, performance marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and website traffic.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the EMEA eCommerce team to help drive our B2B, strategic business plan.
  • Analyze data related to digital sales, performance marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and website traffic.
  • Identify growth areas where we can improve and develop strategies to enhance visibility and conversion.
  • Implement actions to support the performance marketing objectives.
  • Collect and analyze key metrics related to awareness, traffic, and conversion.
  • Utilize a wide range of data, including Amazon Advertising and Digital Shelf Monitoring tools.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to provide insights to the eCommerce Team and other stakeholders.
  • Support the development of hypotheses and execution of A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing performance.
  • Assist in the execution, monitoring, and optimization of eCommerce marketing campaigns to ensure maximized visibility and ROI.
Qualifications
  • A first successful experience in reporting and data analysis, using tools like Excel or PowerBI and languages such as SQL, VBA, or Python.
  • A fluent level of English (C1). Any additional European language will be advantageous.
  • Ideally a Master's degree (currently enrolled or graduated from) in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • An analytical approach and skills to interpret data from a wide range of sources and provide actionable insights.
  • A methodical and structured approach to optimization and problem-solving, as well as knowledge of the digital customer journey and Paid Search/Display Ads is preferred.
  • A business orientation: understanding of market dynamics and a commercial mindset.
  • An interest in the execution of marketing plans, e.g., asset creation for marketing campaigns.
