Ecommerce Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Marketing & Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic and international eCommerce team at Intelinet / Service-now. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data related to digital sales, performance marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and website traffic.
Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis: Partner with the EMEA eCommerce team to help drive our B2B, strategic business plan by analyzing data related to digital sales, performance marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and website traffic.
- Identify Growth Areas: Identify growth areas where Intelinet / Service-now can improve and develop strategies to enhance visibility and conversion, as well as implement actions to support the performance marketing objectives.
- Key Metrics Analysis: Collect and analyze key metrics related to awareness, traffic, and conversion, including Amazon Advertising and Digital Shelf Monitoring tools.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to provide insights to the eCommerce Team and other stakeholders.
- A/B Testing and Experiments: Support the development of hypotheses and execution of A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with key supporting functions, mainly Data & Analytics, Local/Integrated Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Experience in Reporting and Data Analysis: A first successful experience in reporting and data analysis using tools like Excel or PowerBI and languages such as SQL, VBA or Python.
- Language Skills: A fluent level of English (C1). Any additional European language will be advantageous.
- Education: Ideally a Master's degree (currently enrolled or graduated from) in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- Analytical Approach: An analytical approach and skills to interpret data from a wide range of sources and provide actionable insights.
- Methodical Approach: A methodical and structured approach to optimization and problem-solving, as well as knowledge of the digital customer journey and Paid Search/Display Ads is preferred.
- Business Orientation: A business orientation: understanding of market dynamics and a commercial mindset.
- Interest in Marketing Plans: An interest in the execution of marketing plans, e.g., asset creation for marketing campaigns.
We offer a competitive salary and a full package of benefits for full-time employees that can be tailored to individual needs. The anticipated pay range for this job has a range of 900€ / month. Individual pay levels will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role's country only. Intelinet / Service-now will not provide relocation support for this role.
