About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Ecommerce Marketing & Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic and international Ecommerce team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our B2B strategic business plan and contributing to the growth and success of our iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Analysis and Insights

You will be responsible for analyzing data related to digital sales, performance marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and website traffic. Your primary goal will be to identify growth areas where we can improve and develop strategies to enhance visibility and conversion.

Marketing Strategy and Execution

You will work closely with the Ecommerce team to develop and execute marketing plans, including asset creation for marketing campaigns. Your focus will be on leveraging content, availability, pricing, and promotions to drive purchase conversion.

Reporting and Dashboard Development

You will develop and maintain reporting dashboards to provide insights to the Ecommerce Team and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

You will work cross-functionally with key supporting functions, including Data & Analytics, Local/Integrated Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Requirements
  1. Experience in Reporting and Data Analysis

A first successful experience in reporting and data analysis, using tools like Excel or PowerBI and languages such as SQL, VBA or Python.

Fluent English and Additional European Language

A Fluent level of English (C1). Any additional European language will be advantageous.

Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or Related Field

Ideally a Master's degree (currently enrolled or graduated from) Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.

Analytical Approach and Skills

An analytical approach and skills to interpret data from a wide range of sources. Provide actionable insights.

Methodical and Structured Approach

A methodical and structured approach to optimization and problem-solving, as well as knowledge of the digital customer journey and Paid Search/Display Ads is preferred.

Business Orientation and Commercial Mindset

A business orientation: understanding of market dynamics and a commercial mindset.

Interest in Marketing Plans and Asset Creation

An interest in the execution of marketing plans, e.g. asset creation for marketing campaigns.
