We provide fully furnished and artfully designed apartments for stays starting at one month, removing the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, security deposits, broker fees, moving/buying furniture, etc. Our goal is to give choice and flexibility to allow people to plant their roots anywhere.

RoleWe're seeking a Junior Designer Assistant/Project Manager to support our design and project management team in Barcelona. As a Junior Designer Assistant/Project Manager, you will be responsible for the entire implementation of the design project of each apartment, working closely with our design team to ensure seamless execution.
Responsibilities- Measure and photograph apartments to provide accurate material to designers.
- Manage and execute projects provided by designers, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Communicate effectively with logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track and manage furniture purchases, replacements, and returns.
- Oversee furniture implementation during onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
- Collaborate with supply chain and facilities teams to optimize the onboarding process.
- Coordinate and manage photoshoots of completed projects.
- 1 year of experience in interior design and/or project management in hospitality or residential services.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
