About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Platform Engineer to join our team at Zurich Insurance Group. As an AI Platform Engineer, you will play a critical role in the implementation and continuous improvement of our Gen AI platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions and reusable services that address specific business problems in the insurance industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality AI models and algorithms that meet business requirements.
  • Work with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI models into our Gen AI platform.
  • Contribute to the development of our MLOps capabilities and ensure the smooth operation of our AI infrastructure.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an ML/AI platform engineer.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, large language models, and MLOps.
  • Strong programmer with good understanding of building and deploying solutions.
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Python.
  • Expertise in MLOps, Cloud & Data Technologies - ideally Azure and AWS.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging tools, techniques, and trends in large language models and Generative AI.
  • Strong track record with ML engineering techniques in cloud environment (Azure, AWS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
