About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Platform Engineer to join our team at Zurich Australian Insurance Ltd. As an AI Platform Engineer, you will play a critical role in the implementation and continuous improvement of our Gen AI platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy large-scale machine learning models and solutions using Python and other relevant programming languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into our business processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure AI/ML infrastructure and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AI/ML and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
  • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy data-driven solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of AI/ML strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on platform development and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, large language models, and MLOps.
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Python, with experience in cloud-based environments (Azure, AWS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
