Job Title: Platform Developer

At Dynatrace, we're seeking a skilled Platform Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform team, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining our PRM platform, ensuring seamless service delivery and meeting Partner business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day platform operations, ensuring the platform meets Partner program requirements and is fit for purpose.
  • Collaborate with the PRM provider and internal Dynatrace teams to guarantee correct platform usage and alignment with Dynatrace processes.
  • Administer platform users, setup workflows to automate business processes, and create new pages with creative ideas aligned with Dynatrace branding.
  • Manage content and assets, define reporting, and document processes to maximize platform adoption.
  • Provide user education and promote core processes and capabilities of the platform.
Requirements:
  • IT background with front-end development and web programming language skills.
  • Business Analysis skills to organize and execute projects aligning with business workflow.
  • Capacity to understand end-user problems, discover solutions, and implement processes simplifying information management and collaboration.
  • CRM skills, with Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills, with English language proficiency.
