Job Title: PRM Platform Developer

At Dynatrace, we're on a mission to make the world's software work perfectly. As a PRM Platform Developer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain the PRM platform, ensuring seamless service delivery and partner business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the PRM provider and internal teams to guarantee correct platform usage, alignment, and integration with Dynatrace processes.
  • Administer platform users, setup workflows, and automate business processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Develop new pages, conceptualize creative ideas, and implement branding guidelines.
  • Manage content and assets, define reporting, and document processes to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Maximize PRM module adoption, educate users, and promote core processes and capabilities.
Requirements:
  • IT background with prior PRM experience.
  • Front-end development skills in web programming languages.
  • Business analysis skills to organize and execute projects aligned with business workflow.
  • Capacity to understand end-user problems, discover solutions, and implement processes that simplify information management and collaboration.
  • CRM skills, Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Visual design skills, creative thinking, and effective communication and organizational skills.
  • English language proficiency (written and spoken).
