About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Platform Engineer to join our team at Zurich 56 Company Ltd. As an AI Platform Engineer, you will play a critical role in the implementation and continuous improvement of our Gen AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable and efficient AI solutions using machine learning and large language models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions and reusable services that address specific business problems in the insurance industry
  • Develop and maintain expertise in programming languages such as Python and MLOps, Cloud & Data Technologies
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging tools, techniques, and trends in large language models and Generative AI
  • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions with cloud-based data platforms

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a ML / AI platform engineer
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, large language models, and MLOps
  • Strong programmer with good understanding of building and deploying solutions
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Python
  • Expertise in MLOps, Cloud & Data Technologies – ideally Azure and AWS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
