As a Process Improvement Manager at Amazon, you will play a critical role in streamlining and elevating our logistics processes. You will work closely with management teams to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives that enhance the driver experience, increase productivity, and improve safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to innovate the driver experience and enhance process efficiency.
- Audit processes for compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze feedback and data to drive process improvements and implement changes at the site.
- Collaborate with station management and stakeholders to identify and solve process-related issues.
A Day in the Life
As a Process Improvement Manager, you will be at the forefront of making Amazon's logistics better. You will run observations and audits to identify areas for improvement, recommend changes, and use your project management and stakeholder management skills to implement new processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, transportation, economics, or a technical field.
- Relevant experience in using data to influence business decisions and communicating with stakeholders.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques is a plus.
