About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Executive to join our team at Kantar. As a key member of our Client Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth through data insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client decision makers and budget holders, providing actionable recommendations and insights to drive business decisions.
  • Deliver presentations to clients that meet their objectives, highlighting relevant patterns and implications for their businesses.
  • Create and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and expand our network.
  • Work closely with experts across the business to convert new opportunities and ensure client return on investment.
  • Develop a good knowledge of category and brand awareness, utilizing it to identify and explain key influences on market performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Management, Sociology, Econometrics or equivalent fields.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of previous professional experience in Client Management and/or Market Research roles (preferably in the FMCG industry) with a consistent track record on building successful relationships with clients.
  • Full business proficiency in English (B2 Level Minimum).
  • Shown business experience with MS Excel (e.g., Advanced Formulas; Pivot Tables) and MS Power Point.
  • Possesses strong verbal and visual presentation skills with the ability to articulate in a confident and composed manner insightful and impactful presentations.
  • Experience delivering business analysis-based consulting projects with the ability to provide valuable client insights, and present complex data clearly and incisively.
