About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Strategist to join our team at Signify. As a key member of our Marketing Communications department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product communication strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop product communication frameworks that align with global product strategies, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all regions.
  • Implement a consumer-centric approach, ensuring that consumer needs and insights are at the forefront of decision-making.
  • Ensure that product messaging is clear, targeted, and aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Craft communication frameworks that highlight differentiation within portfolios, considering the interplay between products and their unique positioning in the market, to ensure they stand out competitively.
  • Leverage consumer insights, transforming them into benefits, to create the positioning of the products in charge to drive engagement and sales.
  • Translate product briefs into clear and concise marketing communication briefs, focusing on highlighting key product benefits that resonate with target audiences.
  • Develop marketing assets that effectively communicate these selling lines, leading to increased sales and market share.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between global product managers and the content house to create and deploy product playbooks for the markets, ensuring alignment and consistency in communication efforts.
  • Identify direct competitors to reveal strengths and weaknesses in relation to the products in charge.
Requirements
  • Highly skilled marketeer with over 10 years of experience in product marketing positioning and creating sales-driven product communication for growth.
  • Experience creating Amazon content is a plus.
  • Proficiency in translating very technical product specifications into consumer benefits and creating a communication strategy for products that can be applied to a vast product portfolio in several regions.
  • Experience in delivering communication playbooks for new product introductions.
  • Understanding of the full marketing mix, including product positioning, product management, distribution channels, price tiers, and competition.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • A hands-on professional with a strong ability to get things done and detail-oriented.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines and with the highest quality.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
