As a Senior Field Service Engineer with Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers in the EMEA region. With a focus on Bulk Elemental Analysis, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our X-Ray fluorescence Spectrometers and optical emission spectrometers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing on-site technical support and maintenance for our customers
  • Delivering training and calibration services to ensure optimal performance of our equipment
  • Collaborating with our commercial colleagues to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Maintaining strong relationships with our customers and promoting a culture of excellent customer experience

Requirements for this role include:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical services, preferably in a field service role
  • Strong knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
