About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for coordinating monthly management reporting, leading the preparation of annual company budgets, and performing business cases and profitability analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Efficiently coordinate monthly management reporting, providing the necessary insight to inform business decisions.
- Lead the preparation of annual company budgets and regular quarterly forecasts.
- Perform business cases and profitability analysis to support decision-making.
- Analyze financial and operational information to provide financial and analytical support to senior management and other departments.
- Support the accounting department with regards to the audit process.
- Drive continuous automation and improvement of management reporting.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Controlling, Consulting, or Business Partnering.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting fundamentals.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to go deep to root cause and synthesize information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with different teams.
- Proficiency in English.
- Academic background in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Excel and PowerPoint advanced user.
