**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A and Reporting Senior Analyst to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and report monthly statutory accounts, including P&L, BS, and cash flow statements, to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts to facilitate business review.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and business plans to ensure accuracy and enable scenario planning.
  • Ensure governance of data and reporting related to ESG matters, including the Informe no financiero – EINF and EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive - CSRD.
  • Design and implement reporting and control systems to ensure quality and integrity of financial and ESG regulatory reporting.
  • Support the accounting department with audit processes.
  • Assist in preparing business cases and analysis for decision-making.

**Requirements**

  • At least 5 years of experience in FP&A/Controlling/Consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting fundamentals, with good knowledge of Spanish GAAP.
  • Excellent financial modeling skills with an automation mindset.
  • Previous experience with ESG matters and regulation is a plus.
  • Trustworthy, committed, and results-driven individual with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and provide conclusions and recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with different teams.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • University degree in Finance/Economics or similar.
  • Excel and PowerPoint advanced user.
  • Experience with Navision and Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
