Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled FP&A and Reporting Senior Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Reporting of monthly statutory accounts, including P&L, BS, and cash flow statements, to internal and external stakeholders.
- Active participation in annual company budget and quarterly forecasts to facilitate business review.
- Financial modeling and business planning, supporting the team in reviewing and updating current models to ensure accuracy.
- Ensuring governance of data and reporting with regards to ESG matters, including Informe no financiero – EINF and EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive - CSRD.
- Developing reporting and control systems to ensure quality and integrity of financial and ESG regulatory reporting.
- Supporting the accounting department with regards to the audit process.
- Assisting in the preparation of business cases and other analysis for decision-making purposes.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A/Controlling/Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting fundamentals.
- Good financial modeling skills with an automation mindset.
- Previous experience with ESG matters and regulation is considered a plus.
- Trustworthy, committed, and results-driven individual with a proactive approach.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to go deep to root cause and synthesize information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams.
- Proficiency in English.
- University degree in Finance/Economics or similar.
- Experience with Navision and Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
