Job Description

We are seeking a skilled FP&A and Reporting Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for coordinating monthly management reporting, leading the preparation of annual company budgets, and performing business cases and profitability analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate monthly management reporting, providing insights to inform business decisions
  • Lead the preparation of annual company budgets and quarterly forecasts
  • Perform business cases and profitability analysis to inform decision-making
  • Support accounting department with audit process
  • Drive continuous automation and improvement of management reporting
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in FP&A/Controlling/Consulting/Business Partnering
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting fundamentals
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex information
  • Proficiency in English
  • Academic background in Finance/Economics or related degree
