Job Description
We are seeking a skilled FP&A and Reporting Manager to join our team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Monthly Management Reporting: Coordinate the preparation of monthly management reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, and management KPIs, to provide insights that go beyond numbers.
- Annual Budget and Forecasts: Lead the preparation of the company's annual budget and regular quarterly forecasts to facilitate business review.
- Cash Flow Planning: Be responsible for cash flow planning, including long-term strategic forecasting, and provide support to the Treasury Department on cash flow analysis for short-term planning.
- Business Plans and Reporting: Prepare business plans, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, and management KPIs, and ensure proper reporting to external stakeholders, such as banks, investors, and shareholders.
- Business Cases and Profitability Analysis: Perform business cases and profitability analysis to support decision-making.
- Financial and Operational Analysis: Analyze financial and operational information required by senior management and the Board, and provide financial and analytical support to other departments.
- Support to Accounting Department: Support the accounting department with regards to the audit process.
