About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Telefónica Tech. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, provide inputs to the external BPO for accountancy, and review P&L, BS, and general ledger.
  • Treasury: Execute payments to providers, provide documents for approval, and manage cash flow.
  • Cash Control: Report cash in and out, and forecast cash flow for the next 5 months.
  • Controlling: Control purchase orders and invoices, manage reporting, and review B2B sales opportunities.
  • Others: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate day-to-day operations, and review travel expenses.
Requirements
  • University graduate in business administration or equivalent professional accountancy qualifications.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
  • IFRS and HGB knowledge is a plus.
  • Sense of responsibility, decision-making ability, and high personal initiative.
  • Analytical thinking and affinity for numbers.
  • Knowledge of local tax law is an advantage.
