About the Role
Cpm International is seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential Dyson customers, assisting with inquiries, and resolving issues related to Dyson products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers, providing solutions to their queries and concerns.
- Utilize leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to guide customers in resolving issues with their Dyson machines.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve high-quality customer service and meet performance targets.
- Stay up-to-date with new and existing Dyson products, providing customers with information and recommendations.
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken Swedish language skills.
- Good level of English to communicate with international team members.
- Eligibility to work in Spain.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for customers.
- Good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
- Solution-oriented approach to resolving customer issues.
- Well-organized and able to prioritize workload under pressure.
