En el departamento de Planificación de Materiales de Instituto Grifols, buscamos incorporar a un Especialista en Planificación de Materiales para llevar a cabo las siguientes responsabilidades:
Responsabilidades principales
Asegurarás el suministro de materias primas y envases para cumplir con los requerimientos de producción:
- Identificar los materiales necesarios para garantizar la producción programada.
- Ejecutar y dar seguimiento a las requisiciones de pedidos de materiales requeridos.
- Monitorear los pedidos entrantes y gestionar aquellos que presenten retrasos.
- Revisar los inventarios y consumos para alcanzar el nivel óptimo de existencias de materias primas.
También crearás códigos SAP para nuevos materiales involucrados en el proceso de producción:
- Iniciar el proceso interno para la creación de nuevos códigos SAP en el sistema.
- Monitorear y reclamar los datos necesarios para la activación del material.
- Coordinar las tareas relacionadas con los departamentos implicados.
- Identificar las necesidades del proceso productivo junto con los usuarios para garantizar el inventario necesario.
Además, coordinarás con otros departamentos los objetivos de producción, minimizando costos y gestionando incidencias.
Perfil del candidato
Para desempeñar este puesto con éxito, el candidato debe ser capaz de realizar cada una de las funciones esenciales de manera satisfactoria. Los requisitos son los siguientes:
- Título de CFGS o Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Química, Administración de Empresas o similar.
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.
- Dominio del español y del inglés.
- Conocimientos avanzados en Excel. La experiencia con SAP es un plus.
- Proactividad, responsabilidad y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
