Sales Leader

As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of retail employees to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets. This role involves creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role within the beauty / cosmetics industry, with strong analytical skills, customer orientation, goal-oriented approach, effective communication, team-building skills, problem-solving, and commitment to tasks and responsibilities.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail employees to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, visual merchandising standards, and store operations.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive brand loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with headquarters to implement sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and development of retail associates.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role within the beauty / cosmetics industry.
  • Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Competencies: Analytical skills, strong customer orientation, goal-oriented, lead by example, effective communication, team-building skills, problem-solving, commitment to tasks and responsibilities.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
