The company is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader who will be responsible for leading and coaching the sales team, building client relationships, and proactively fostering the achievement of sales goals.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the Client Advisors team, aiming at transforming each client experience into special moments by creating a hand-crafted experience
- Together with Store Management, responsible for achieving the commercial targets through an efficient and effective organization of the team and a successful management of the product
- Lead a high-performing client-facing and service-oriented team
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of previous experience in a managerial role in luxury retail, coordinating, training, and empowering a Client Advisor team. A proven track record delivering sales in a luxury retail environment is also required.
A strong communication skillset and commercial mindset are essential for this role, as well as the ability to interact effectively with foreign clients. Passion for the Diesel brand, product, and heritage is also highly valued.
