About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Monitoring: Manage and motivate the team to increase sales and deliver productivity; manage stock levels in the boutique, ensuring sufficient merchandise is available to achieve targets; minimize stock loss by conducting regular cycle counts and inventories.
- Team Management and Back of House Operations: Schedule consistent reviews with the team to communicate clear objectives, recognize success, and provide performance feedback; coach, train, and develop the sales team to ensure a high-performance atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, with at least 2 years of direct management experience.
- Have an entrepreneurial perspective and ability to succeed in fast-changing environments.
- Be able to analyze selling reports and identify business trends and opportunities.
- Proven experience in driving positive customer interactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
- Passion to inspire and influence a team with high integrity and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
