Job Opportunity: Store Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales growth.

  • As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and mentoring your store teams to deliver a customer-first approach.
  • You will implement established retail processes while continually looking for ways to improve them.
  • Key responsibilities include managing inventory, P&L, and core retail operational procedures.
  • Reporting performance metrics and demonstrating understanding of KPIs is essential to driving store results.
  • Ensuring the store appearance aligns with brand visual merchandising guidelines is crucial.

Requirements:

  • Customer service skills and passion for interacting with customers.
  • Ability to develop a great team who share your vision and values.
  • Experience in all aspects of store management, including budgeting, planning, retail operations, and merchandising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and different POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
