Job Role: Infrastructure Manager of Systems
As the Infrastructure Manager of Systems, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire systems infrastructure of our SaaS products. You will lead a team of 7 skilled technicians, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of modern IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7 technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
- Systems Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain a robust and scalable systems architecture that supports our SaaS products. Oversee the integration of new technologies and ensure they align with the company's strategic goals.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of all systems, implementing best practices and staying up to date with industry standards. Enforce security policies and procedures created by our Security Department to protect company data and infrastructure.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
