At Signaturit Group, we're growing rapidly and seeking an exceptional IT professional to drive the success of our SaaS products. As an IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire systems infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and scalability.

The Role
We are looking for a seasoned IT professional with a strong track record of managing systems infrastructure for SaaS products. Your expertise should include datacenters, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Linux, and Mac OS devices. As a leader, you will mentor and develop a team of skilled technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain a robust systems architecture supporting our SaaS products.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies, aligning them with our strategic goals.
- Ensure the security and compliance of all systems, enforcing best practices and industry standards.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions for optimal performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing systems infrastructure for SaaS products.
- Leadership skills, including excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
What We Offer
We provide a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include flexible remote work, working hour flexibility, free health insurance, English or French classes, technical training, birthday off, referral bonus, catering service at the office, and free coffee and snacks.
