We have offices in Barcelona, Valencia, and Paris working together to help companies of any size and sector to optimize their administrative tasks related to document signing and digital communication.
As the Infrastructure Manager of Systems, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire systems infrastructure of our SaaS products.
You will lead a team of 7 skilled technicians, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our systems.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of modern IT infrastructure.
Your areas of responsibilities are diverse and will include - but not be strictly limited to:
Leadership and Team Management:- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7 technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and training to perform their duties effectively.
- Ensure the security and compliance of all systems, implementing best practices and staying up to date with industry standards.
- Enforce security policies and procedures created by our Security Department to protect company data and infrastructure.
- Implement corrective actions as requested after the reports of security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Utilize monitoring tools and analytics to proactively address performance bottlenecks and system failures.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Work closely with other departments, including security, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features and updates.
Act as a liaison between the systems team and other stakeholders to communicate technical requirements and project timelines.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively implement improvements to our systems infrastructure.
Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies that can enhance system performance and efficiency.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the systems team.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of modern IT infrastructure.
Experience in managing systems infrastructure for SaaS products, with a strong track record of success.
Experience in managing datacenters and supporting a diverse IT environment, including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Linux, and Mac OS devices.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a technical team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and technological advancements.
Proficiency in Spanish and English at a business level is required.
Working hour flexibility
Intensive working day on Fridays, July, and August
