Job Summary: As a key member of our team, the Director of Total Rewards will be responsible for leading the strategy, design, and implementation of our Total Rewards programs. This role will ensure that our compensation and benefits practices are competitive, compliant with regional regulations, and effectively support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align compensation and benefits with business objectives.
  2. Lead the design and implementation of Total Rewards programs, processes, policies, and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure alignment with global standards and strategies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in strategy, design, and implementation of Total Rewards programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
