Position Summary: The Director of Total Rewards will lead the strategy, design, and implementation of Total Rewards programs to meet regional business needs. This role ensures alignment with the company's overall strategies and objectives, while maintaining competitive and compliant practices. The Director will advise regional leadership and collaborate with the global Total Rewards team to align regional programs with global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Design: Develop and implement Total Rewards strategies that align with business objectives.
- Program Implementation: Design and implement Total Rewards programs, processes, policies, and procedures.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with European compensation and benefits regulations, as well as local labor laws and practices.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Lead HR or compensation teams and collaborate with the global Total Rewards team.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Total Rewards, with a focus on European markets.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience in managing HR or compensation teams.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of European compensation and benefits regulations.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and organizational trends.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Additional Requirements: Typical office environment requirements include reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds. Requires the capability for 15-25% travel domestically and internationally.
