The Regional Claims Coordinator (RCC) serves as the primary contact for regional claims, providing essential support throughout the claims process and ensuring accurate reporting for the designated area.

Key Responsibilities:
The RCC will undertake the following key responsibilities:
- Collect and maintain claim information from Non-Conformities (NCs) to ensure the CLM tool or database is current.
- Ensure adherence to the claims procedure, providing NCs with guidance on guidelines, templates, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Claim Manager (CLM) on strategic actions for significant claims within their area of responsibility.
- Manage claims that fall within the regional scope, particularly those below a specified value.
- Participate in coordination meetings to report on and monitor the regional status of claim management, including both global and domestic claims.
- Ensure that regional claims are addressed promptly and effectively by the necessary teams.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Over 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proven ability to achieve results.
- Technical expertise in wind turbine technology.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- A collaborative approach and a focus on teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural business environment.
- Attributes such as integrity, maturity, initiative, proactivity, and resourcefulness.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; intermediate French is advantageous.
