Regional Claim Coordinator Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather claim information from Non-Conformities (NCs) to keep the CLM tool or database up to date.
  • Ensure the claim procedure is followed, supporting NCs with clarifications regarding guidelines, templates, and reporting assistance.
  • Support Corporate Claim Manager (CLM) strategy when it requests taking actions directly in the area of responsibility: Claims above a certain value.
  • Manage claims that are part of the regional scope: Claims below a certain value.
  • Attend coordination meetings to report and follow up on regional status of claim management, including global claims affecting the region and domestic claims for the region.
  • Ensure regional claims are properly and timely addressed by the required teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar field.
  • More than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to execute for results.
  • Technical knowledge on wind turbines.
  • Sound leadership skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and teamwork-oriented.
  • Communication skills and ability to work under a multi-cultural business environment, structured mindset.
  • Integrity, maturity, initiative, pro-active, resourcefulness.
  • Strong influential capabilities.
  • Full professional competence in English and Spanish. An intermediate level of French will be a plus.
