The Role

We are seeking an experienced Innovation Bid Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a winning bid strategy that aligns with our company's strategic objectives. Your primary focus will be on creating compelling and persuasive proposals that showcase our unique value proposition and meet the specific needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a winning bid strategy that aligns with Mitiga Solutions' strategic objectives
  • Research and identify bid opportunities that align with our company's goals and values
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, R&D, and technology partners, to develop and refine proposals
  • Utilize exceptional writing skills to create detailed, costed, and persuasive proposals that close deals
  • Carve out our unique selling points and understand our clients' specific requirements to create a successful bid strategy

Requirements

  • Experience in creating and managing the bid process for innovation challenges
  • Exceptional writing skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive proposals
  • Strong command of both data and visual storytelling
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal direction, shaping and executing your own innovation bid strategy
  • Strong team player, eager to collaborate with the rest of the Mitiga Solutions team
