Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Climate Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our strategy team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our bid strategy for innovation challenges. Your exceptional writing skills, combined with your ability to research and validate proposals, will enable you to create compelling and persuasive bids that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a successful bid strategy, identifying opportunities that align with our strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with our commercial, R&D, and technology teams to gather insights for developing winning proposals.
- Research and write detailed, costed, and persuasive proposals that close deals.
- Support the strategy team in researching current and future market trends, particularly in bringing more understanding of needs and pain points from our targeted sectors.
- Put together budgets and respond to prospects' queries before, during, and after the bid has been submitted.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in creating and managing bid processes, preferably within consulting or within our targeted sectors such as infrastructure, energy, commercial real estate, asset management, or climate.
- Fluency or working professional level of English. Additional languages are considered a plus.
- Previous experience in external-facing roles is considered a plus.
- Project Management & strong pitch presentation skills.
