Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Innovation Bid Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for creating and managing the bid process for innovation challenges, from developing detailed, costed, and persuasive proposals to winning contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop winning proposals that align with Mitiga's strategic objectives
- Relentlessly hunt for bid opportunities that align with our company's goals
- Use exceptional writing skills to create detailed, costed, and persuasive proposals that close deals
- Collaborate with the commercial, R&D, and technology teams to develop a successful strategy for winning bids
- Carve out our unique selling points and understand our clients' specific requirements
Requirements
- Experience in creating and managing the bid process for innovation challenges
- Exceptional writing skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive proposals
- Strong command of both data and visual storytelling
- Ability to work independently, with minimal direction, shaping and executing your own innovation bid strategy
- Strong team player with a background in consulting or direct industry experience in sectors such as infrastructure, energy, commercial real estate, asset management, or climate
