The Role
We are seeking an experienced Innovation Bid Strategist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for creating and managing the bid process for innovation challenges, from developing detailed, costed, and persuasive proposals to winning contracts.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive bid strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, R&D, and technology partners, to develop winning proposals
- Utilize your exceptional writing skills to craft compelling and persuasive proposals that close deals
- Identify and pursue bid opportunities that align with Mitiga's strategic objectives
- Work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer to develop and implement business strategies
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in consulting or direct industry experience in sectors such as infrastructure, energy, commercial real estate, asset management, or climate. You should have a proven track record of success in creating and managing bid processes, and be able to work independently with minimal direction.
