Job Description**Job Title:** HR Business Partner Iberia
**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our business strategy in Spain and Portugal. The successful candidate will partner with business leaders to develop and deliver the people strategy, focusing on talent management, organization design, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement the people strategy, aligned with the business strategy.
- Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors to enhance their leadership skills and manage talent effectively.
- Design and implement organization design and change management initiatives to drive business results.
- Develop and implement talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop key talent.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and maintain positive employee relations.
- Partner with HR Centers of Expertise and Solution Centers to leverage centralized capabilities and ensure process compliance.
- 10+ years of Human Resource experience in either HR Generalist or Specialist roles, preferably from a medium to large multinational company.
- Solid knowledge of employment law, recruiting, compensation and benefits, and/or organization development philosophy and practice.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, and Portuguese is preferable.
- Ability to work with multiple countries and different local environments in a matrix international organization.
